Challenge

The client's main challenge was to modernize an obsolete Rate Manager system and develop a new system for customer analysis and approval.

Solution
Through a Discovery meeting with the client's team and Lumini's squad of specialists, we understood the main challenges of each system and kicked off the project. We developed a core banking system, the Fee Manager, which handles fee collections for customer and investor transactions, involving various functionalities. Additionally, we developed a software solution to meet the demands of Compliance and other involved departments regarding customer analysis and approval, generating value from the customer data search to risk analysis and final approval.
