The company faced the challenge of streamlining and bringing more check-in security and removal of event access.

Additionally, the client needed to have a Real User Experience Perception.

Solution
Lumini IT Solutions was responsible for Digital Transformation Journey from the company through the development of a mobile application using a Digital Onboarding technology. The application was created by a team of specialists, according to best practices in Application Development and Information Security, using Artificial Intelligence and based on the concept Data-driven.   Digital Onboarding Digital Onboarding is Digital Transformation applied to the process of registering new customers/prospects for a company or institution. For it to be implemented, our solution Digital Onboarding requires the use of some advanced technologies, such as:

  • SaaS in compliance with the main security standards used in digital banks worldwide;

  • Data collection in a structured manner, in compliance with LGPD, and enabling the offering of products and services that can make the Folio's experience safer, more pleasant, and memorable.
  24/7 Monitoring during Carnival To ensure high availability during in-store registration and on the days of the event, Lumini was responsible for creating a 24×7 monitoring system with alerts at the NOC. We scaled up the infrastructure to ensure that the application was available 100% of the time during the week leading up to the event and throughout Carnival.
