Challenge

The main challenge was optimize the logistic tracking process, which depended on manual queries in different systems (SPX and Raster), demanding a lot of time and generating risks of human errors.

The main needs were:

Automate travel data collection;
Integrate distinct systems to consolidate reports;
Reduce response time in monitoring;
Increase the reliability of information for analysts.

Search for monitoring pre-requisitions;
Integrate vehicle license plates into requests;
Perform plate tracking, generating a tracking link;
Get distance to travel and current location;
Send an automatic report by email to the responsible analyst.
