Challenge

With the growth of the event and expansion of international partnerships, it was necessary modernize and expand the management system to support new business models.

The main needs were:

  • Integration with insurer for greater reliability and coverage;
  • International Sales Support;
  • Development of specific functionalities for Stewards;
  • Availability of Corporate payment links;
  • Inclusion of Installment payment with Pix as a means of payment;

It was developed 90-day project, focusing on expanding and modernizing the system, including:

  • New modules of Products for flight attendants;
  • Implementation of Corporate payment links;

  • Architecture improvement to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
