The project consisted of creating an AWS environment to host a sports news portal with millions of monthly users.
With a large volume of daily traffic, the portal saw the need to have an environment with availability and scalability.
The main challenge of this project was to deliver the environment for the development team to structure the entire site and apply the final adjustments.
The project was successfully delivered, where the development team accesses everything via site-to-site VPN, and the only external access to the site is through port 443 with an SSL certificate.
We utilize an AWS CloudWatch integration with Grafana for creating workload monitoring metrics, also providing detailed dashboards on resource consumption and real-time service status.
For KPI monitoring, we use the Zabbix tool to determine consumption limits, thus avoiding possible overloads in the environment.
We use the AWS CodePipeline CI/CD tool in our environment, where all DevOps activities are developed and approved before being published to the production environment.

This is a migration project from one cloud provider to an AWS infrastructure located in the Virginia East region.
The main challenge of this project was to migrate an airline ticketing sales application, which was the company's primary sales application.
This entire project was successfully completed by copying files via Rcopocy to an S3 Bucket, and using the Windows server + IIS together with: CloudFront + AWS WAF + Load Balancer.
